Reinvention & Transition ProfNet ConnectChat

Hi All!

Here are a couple of links to topics I mentioned in the chat. Many of them are from a few years back (been way too busy to update the blog as much as I’d like :) ) but the most relevant to the ProfNet ConnectChat. I use these concepts/theories/programs in my work all the time. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I love good questions – and as always love hearing from all of you.

Enjoy the day your way,

Kiki (Rebecca)

Theory of Readiness

Everyone has different ways of making changes in their lives. Your character, personality, emotional & psychological makeup, life experiences & background impacts the way you approach making a change. They’re all the right way to make a change. Whichever way works best for you. Do you recognize yourself in any of these? (“Weingarten’s” Theory of Readiness was mostly because hey – I’m Weingarten and it seemed like the best name.)

Transitions & Tolerating

Transitions can be quite tough. ‘Nuff said to describe the post.

Expanding Your Comfort Zone

People always tell you to move out of your comfort zone. I think of it a bit differently.
