You Deserve a Trophy! Then Again, Maybe Not…

Hope all is well and you’re enjoying the last sweet moments of summer! Besides some much needed R&R it’s been a busy time for us as we shift gears to launch new projects & programs. In that vein I wanted to share an article I was quoted in, which appeared in the NY Times and dozens of national outlets. ​One slight clarification, I was slightly misquoted. I said that in business one must be prepared to see, and be able to handle some jostling/shoving and the slings and arrows that might come one’s way. I don’t advocate the behavior the way it’s stated there. It’s a topic I feel so strongly about, I’m so glad I got to share my thoughts on it. What about you? Any thoughts on the subject?
