Well, the holiday/s  are soon upon us, (fill in your holiday of choice or spring break for the kids — or make up one of your own to celebrate you!) and as I always point out, even good things can bring up anxious thoughts and feelings. So you’re normal, it happens!
Here are a couple of self-coaching tips that might help that I contributed for A Leap of Faith Challengehttp://aleapoffaith.net/ a fun project by my sister Rachel Weingarten. It’s a really fun, inspirational, and informational month-long daily challenge to add new great perspectives into your life. Have fun!
Here are my thoughts and self coaching tips. Enjoy!

Part 1 is Beware Catastrophic Thinking with Coach Rebecca “Kiki” Weingarten  I speak a bit about catastrophic thinking, where it can work for your life, and where it can just cause unnecessary problems. (Public speaking is the #1 fear over death? What?)

Part 2 Anxiety Begone or How to Coach Yourself through Catastrophic Thinking  I offer some tips and tricks for coaching yourself through if it should happen to happen to you. I also talk a bit about how I came to create and develop my unique interdisciplinary coaching methods and programs.
Hope this helps! If you have any specific questions please feel free to email or call.
